Birthday Butterfly and Summer Blooms

These are the cookies that started it all.  I was planning my daughter's 2nd birthday party and wanted to try out decorating cookies with royal icing.  I'd seen a lot of ideas on Pinterest and it seemed easy enough.  Lol, definitely not super easy to achieve the results I'd seen online, but wow, I was hooked.  It was so much fun to decorate and I realized it was even more fun to give them away.

And so, the journey of cookie decorating has begun!
